Are Anxiety and Stress the same thing?

Stress is a reaction to a perceived threat in the environment.

Anxiety is defined by persistent, excessive worries that don’t go away even in the absence of a stressor.

Our thoughts create our emotions, which generate our actions and produce results.

Our emotions are commonly stored in our bodies and we recognize them as our familiar feelings. If we experience something unusual, outside of these familiar feelings, soon we’ll be back to what feels familiar because we have conditioned our bodies to feel a certain way.

The hardest thing is to break the habit of feeling a certain way. If nothing changes, nothing changes and nothing changes until Energy moves.

If we want to change, we need to overcome the inertia of the familiar feelings stored in the body. We need to train our body to feel the emotions of where we want to be, and keep bringing these new feelings to our awareness until they become second nature.

When we feel our feelings fully, tell ourselves the Truth, create a new emotional reality and align our thoughts/feelings/body to express this new reality.
